  • CyanogenMod 10.1.3  final builds rolling out - includes CyanogenMod Account for remote device wiping features
  • CyanogenMod Privacy Guard 2.0 getting included into CM10.2 for more granular control via AppOpps (part of Android 4.3 features) - lets users control individual permissions
  • YouTube to get integration with Google+ comments (like Blogger)
  • YouTube to provide free audio tracks to include in videos -
  • Twitter updated to send notifications for popular and recommendation tweets based on followed users 
  • HTC One to start getting Android 4.3 update starting in Taiwan - update also includes Sense 5.0
  • Google launching entrepreneur hubs to promote development - currently in Minneapolis, Chicago, Waterloo, Nashville, Durham, and Detroit
  • NBC releases official app for watching shows online - no news on if cable subscription required yet
  • Amazon Kindle HDX - 7" (1920x1200) & 8.9" (2560x1600) models, 2gb RAM, 2.2ghz processor, up to 64gb storage, Kindle Fire OS v.3 runs on Android 4.2.2, streaming to compatible display via Miracast, WiFi & LTE options, 720p camera (8mp rear camera on 8.9" model)
  • Google Voice getting update for short codes (support for online banking sites, alerts, etc.)
  • Google Search now supports hashtags
  • Gmail for Android getting update to show conversations in card layout, cleaner view for multiple email selections and an alert when sync is disabled
  • Google Shopping Express now in Play Store - still need to be in test cities to try it out
  • Google Hangouts (for Android) updated to now show offline contacts
  • Google adds RAW to JPG conversion into Google+ for over 70 cameras with more coming soon
  • Google Search (including Google Now) getting update for website based on location, real time sports and flight info, etc.
